Very easy. Order your meals using this platform. Pay online and get your meals ready for pick up every Sunday after 4pm.

-How much is the delivery fee?

We are charge $20 dlls for delivery service.

Venmo, Zelle and cash. For special orders email us at easylifeprepmeals@gmail.com

Yes. We work with nutrition and calories depending on your goals. Send us an email to valejimenezacosta777@hotmail.com and we will contact you ASAP to talk about your fitness goals.

-How do you heat the prep meals?

Only 3 minutes in the microwave. You can also reheat them in the oven.

-How long do meals last?

7 days under refrigeration.

-How many times a week does Easy Life Meals deliver?
